Shipping Policies – Creative Gifts

We use UPS, Fedex, or USPS for all of our deliveries requiring shipping. Local deliveries are handled by Courier.

What You Need to Know:

FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO boxes or FPO boxes. However, we can arrange to ship to these addresses via USPS on orders placed by phone.

FedEx and UPS Ground transit times are not guaranteed. We get our orders out as quickly as possible — usually same or next day but we cannot guarantee delivery date once they leave our facility.

FedEx and UPS drivers, at their sole discretion, may decide to leave a package at a recipient’s doorstep if the recipient is not home. This is entirely up to each individual driver (as they are responsible for the package) and can not be “overridden” as a shipping option. While most drivers typically elect to leave packages, they can not be instructed to do so by anyone other than the recipient (some recipient’s will have such instructions on file).

Our Service Areas

We ship the products that we create from our studio in Flagstaff, Arizona.  In order to provide a wider selection of creative gift ideas, we also work with partners in various locations in the United States.  Those products ship from their facility and the location is stated on the product page.

Shipping rates vary by the size and weight of the gift. You will be given the choice and cost of all available shipping methods during check out.  Ground delivery via UPS and Fedex usually takes two to five business days depending on location.  Note that Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not delivery days.  We hand deliver some of our products to Flagstaff, Arizona only usually next business day but if the order is received early enough, we can sometimes deliver same day.

Please check your shipping information carefully before placing your order. If the carrier applies Address Correction charges to your delivery as a result of you furnishing erroneous shipping information, these charges will be billed to your credit card.
