Payment:
We accept the following credit cards: American
Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. Your
credit card will be charged at the point of purchase
online.
Address Corrections: It is essential
that you provide a full and complete address
(including bldg #, floor, suite#, apt#, and business
name where applicable as well as a correct recipient
phone number) when placing your order. UPS and
Fedex cannot deliver to a PO Box. When placing your
order, you agree to pay a $10 address correction fee
(which we are charged) plus any other shipping and
return fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete
information being provided. If the recipient is not
at home, carriers may, at their discretion, leave
the package at the recipient's front door. If
the gift is perishable, please make sure that the
recipient will be at home prior to placing your
order. We are not responsible for packages which
cannot be delivered to incorrect or outdated
addresses or to packages delivered to unintended
recipients. If a signature is required (and it is
always required for wine gift baskets) and no one is
present to accept the delivery after three attempts,
the package is undeliverable.
Hospital and Hotel Deliveries: We hand deliver
to hotels and Flagstaff Medical Center in Flagstaff,
Arizona only. All other gifts are shipped. We
cannot guarantee a delivery to a patient or a guest
in any hospital, medical center, or hotel located
outside of Flagstaff and will not be responsible for
a refund or reshipment of the gifts.
In most cases, the package arrives after the
patient or guest has checked out. We strongly
urge that you send packages to the patient or
guest's home address instead.
Late-Delivery:A limited
guarantee is implied for all 2-day
and overnight shipments. If the
parcel carrier fails to deliver your
package on the requested day, your
shipping charges will be refunded.
Our refund policy does not cover:
- Acts of God (includes
weather),
- An act of war
- Ground shipments (arrival
dates are estimated)
- High seasonal shipping
volume (such as Christmas)
- Incorrect or incomplete
address provided by sender

Substitutions:
We offer a wide variety of fresh
and seasonal products. At times,
Mother Nature can be unpredictable.
If due to crop failure or poor
weather conditions a particular
flower, plant, or color choice is
not available, we reserve the right
to substitute with another fresh
selection of equal or greater
value. At times, certain gift
basket components may become
unavailable or discontinued. As
with fresh products, we reserve the
right to make substitutions with
items of equal or greater value.
Returns:
In our sixteen years in business, we've never had
anyone request a return of a gift basket, however, if you are
unhappy with a gift/gift basket, you must notify us within seven
days of receipt of your basket or gift.
All baskets and gifts must be returned to us in
their original unopened condition in order to receive a
refund. We will credit the original charge card used in
payment for the retail price of the basket/gift minus a 20%
restocking fee and minus all shipping/handling charges. If a
basket/gift is returned to us by the shipper due to an invalid or
incorrect address, or if the recipient refuses to accept delivery,
we will credit your charge card with the retail price of the
basket minus the 20% restocking fee minus all shipping fees which
includes any fees accessed to us by the carrier for wrong address
and return. So, be very sure that the address you provide is
accurate.
Our state health department specifies that we
cannot accept any opened basket or specialty food product for
credit or exchange.
If your gift is damaged in shipment, please notify
us immediately so that we can correct the situation.
You must retain all packing materials and the gift for inspection
by the carrier in order to be reimbursed. Any damaged
shipment that was shipped via the U.S. Postal Service must be
returned to the post office by you for reimbursement. We can
only reimburse or exchange items that have been verified by the
carrier or the US Post Office as being damaged.
Each of our gifts/gift baskets are custom created
when you place your order. If you need to cancel the order,
you must notify us immediately. Once the basket has been
created, there will be a 20% restocking fee if you decide to
cancel. Once a gift/basket has been shipped, there can be no
cancellation for any reason. The gift will need to be
returned by you in an unopened condition
Wine and Alcoholic Beverages:
We do not sell or deliver wine within the state of Arizona All wine and other
alcoholic beverage products listed on the Retail Partner
website, which is linked to from our website, are sold and delivered from AKA. All terms and
conditions of sale established by AKA from time-to-time
are binding on the Consumer. The terms and conditions
can be located at;

AKA and our partner company does not sell alcohol to
persons under the age of 21. By using this site you
swear and affirm that you are over the age of 21. Gift
Marketing Alliance makes every effort to ensure that
alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is
under the age of 21. By using this site you are
acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of
alcoholic beverages from Gift Marketing Alliance is over
the age of 21. You also agree that any alcohol purchased
from Gift Marketing Alliance is intended for personal
consumption and not for resale. If you do not agree with
these conditions of use please do not use this site. If
you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your
age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the
age of 21 Gift Marketing Alliance will prosecute you
fully to the extent allowable by law. In the State of
Connecticut Chatham Fine Wines and Liquor provides
alcoholic beverages. In the State of Michigan Lo Spuntino, Inc., provides alcoholic beverages.
