Sweet Golden
Raspberries are a naturally occurring variant of red raspberries.
Bred for their exceptional flavor, this specialty fruit is produced
in limited quantities and is always in high demand. These berries
add a wonderful burst of flavor to this already moist and flavorful
cake.
Sweet Australian Golden Raspberries contain the highest Vitamin C content per ounce of any fruit. Two layers of these succulent orange raspberries help make this the perfect after dinner treat. This cake is wonderful with a little sorbet.
There are no walnuts in this cake.

cakes freeze beautifully for up to one year, frozen either whole
or sliced. The cake is best defrosted in the bag in which it was
frozen.
They are kosher certified under Orthodox supervision and contain
no trans fats, artificial flavoring, artificial colorings, or
preservatives.
The small cake measures approximately 8 inches across, weighs
1.75 pounds and serves 6 - 10 people. The large cake is
approximately 10 inches across, weighs 3.1 pounds and serves 16 - 20
people.
