These cakes are wrapped and sealed immediately from the oven to preserve their freshness. To preserve the quality and taste of your cake, refrigerate or freeze upon receipt. These cakes will last up to 6 weeks in the refrigerator or 6 months in the freezer. Once the original shrink wrap has been removed from the cake, they should be wrapped tightly in plastic or sealed in a zip-lock bag prior to freezing.
