This is the cake that was so good that a whole
bakery was created around it! These Cinnamon Walnut Coffee Cakes are unbelievably moist because
they are baked in rack ovens using only the best ingredients. After
adding farm fresh eggs, pure Bourbon Vanilla and sour cream, each
cake is hand poured and carefully double layered with whole Mariani walnuts and a cinnamon streusel.
They are kosher certified under Orthodox supervision and contain
no trans fats, artificial flavoring, artificial colorings, or
preservatives.

cakes freeze beautifully for up to one year, frozen either whole
or sliced. The cake is best defrosted in the bag in which it was
frozen.
The small cake measures approximately 8 inches across, weighs
1.75 pounds and serves 6 - 10 people. The large cake is
approximately 10 inches across, weighs 3.1 pounds and serves 16 - 20
people.
These coffee cakes ship from the bakery in Boston and cannot be
hand delivered.
My Grandma’s Coffee Cakes do not contain liquor. The
reference to Bourbon vanilla is to the Bourbon region of
Madagascar, where our vanilla beans are produced |
