Apartment and other Multi-Housing Companies

Minimum Order:  We will ship just one gift but 12 or more is preferred for best shipping rates.

How to Order: Orders paid for with credit card may be made in our secure shopping cart (Shipping will not be included in the shopping cart but will be added based on quantity/distance when your credit card is processed.)  All other orders must be either emailed to us or faxed to us at 928-774-7709 with an approved buyer’s signature. You can also order online using our secure shopping cart.  The form for faxed orders can be downloaded here.  All first orders, requesting 30 day billing, must be accompanied by the New Account Information form which can be downloaded here.

Shipping: Shipping for more than one gift is via UPS ground from Flagstaff, Arizona.  One gift will be shipped via priority mail. Shipping cost will depend on quantity ordered and distance shipped and will be added to your invoice. All gifts are created at our shop each time you place your order. We make every effort to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Shipping time ranges from 1 day in AZ to 5-6 days to East Coast locations.  Tracking numbers and an updated invoice showing the total with shipping cost will be emailed to you when orders are shipped.

Methods of Payment/Terms:  Credit Card is preferable but check or Net 30 days is available to approved companies.  Invoiced orders are due and payable 30 days from the date of invoice. A finance charge of 1.5% will be assessed on past due orders and no further credit will be allowed until past-due balances are paid in full.  Invoices are emailed at the time of shipping or may be faxed upon request.

Net 30 Days is available to approved companies.  Please fill out this request for account (download form here)  in full including credit card information and fax it to us at 928-774-7709.  The credit card information will be used only as back-up for non-payment.

Customization and Personalization:  Substitutions can be made upon request if possible to do so.  Requests for colors for ribbon, printing of text and/or logos on labels or cards will be honored if possible.  We offer a personalized card or label (depending on the gift) and it can be personalized just for your community. Custom designed gifts are welcome. Submit your requests for custom gifts by email and we will provide a quote.

Substitutions:  Occasionally, individual products shown in a gift photo may no longer be available and a similar substitution will be made.

Standing Order Program: We can keep you stocked with gifts on a recurring basis upon request.  Just let us know how many gifts you will need and when you will need them and we will take care of it for you.  If you wish to cancel any established standing order, please give us 30 days notice.

Samples:  You can order samples of the individual gifts using our secure shopping cart.  The cost of shipping will be added to the final charge and you will be emailed an updated receipt.

Returns:  Gifts containing food are NOT RETURNABLE.  Please note that shelf life of food products can vary so plan your ordering so that you are not storing gifts with food any longer than necessary.  Any other returns must be approved prior to return and subject to a 20% restocking fee. No requests for returns will be accepted more than three days from receipt.  There will be no refunds of shipping costs.  Any returned merchandise must be returned in original carton and in sellable condition.  There will be no exceptions made.

Arizona orders:  Any orders shipping within Arizona will have 8.5% sales tax added to your order.
